How do I know that my order is being processed?
An order confirmation will be emailed when your order is received into our system. Stock will be delivered within 1-5 business days depending on your store location.
Can I repeat my last order?
Yes, by using the “Reorder” feature in My Orders once you are logged into our website. All designs that are still currently available will show on screen with the quantities that you last ordered of each design. You can then add/delete product to your order before proceeding to checkout.
I've realised that I ordered the wrong product. Can I change my order?
Provided your order has not been already packed or shipped, an order can be readily modified by contacting our Customer Service Team on (02) 9987 2244 during business hours.
Can I add a product to my order?
We will gladly add a product for you, provided your order has not yet been prepared for shipment. Just contact our Customer Service Team on (02) 9987 2244 during business hours.
Can I order for multiple stores?
If you want orders to be shipped to each store location, please use “Add .New Address” in your Address Book in your profile. Just remember to select the appropriate shipping address when you order for each different store.
What are your freight charges?
Freight charges vary depending on the weight for the items you have chosen and your postcode. We continually negotiate for better freight deals with our carriers on your behalf.
What is the minimum size order?
One of the ways we can keep our prices low is by imposing a minimum size order. Each order must be for at least 30 packs of cards for the order to be accepted and processed. If you are based in Western Australia or North Queensland, the minimum order is 40 card packs.
Am I entitled to any discounts or incentives?
Volume-based pricing applies to only the Elite Image card range. Essentially, your optimal price is achieved by ordering at least 50 card packs in each order – and this can include card packs from our Paperbark or Celebration Cards ranges.
All other incentives are based on ordering regularly, high order volumes and your timeliness in payment of your invoices.
What are your payment options for on-line orders?
We accept payments by credit card (Visa or Mastercard) or on account. Please note that credit card payments with order of product do not attract any surcharge. Payment options for Cards Only account holders are printed on each invoice.
